The Vercel security incident has been one of the most closely watched platform incidents in recent months. It originated with a compromise of Context.ai, a third-party AI tool used by a Vercel employee. The incident involved unauthorized access to certain internal systems and impacted a limited subset of customers. Services remained operational, affected customers were contacted directly, and the investigation is continuing.

Thanks to adopting Vercel’s AI SDK and AI Gateway, Zo Computer slashed retry rates from 7.5% to 0.34% and boosted chat success to 99.93%.
